I am a travel agent and would like to make a reservation for a client. Do you have preferential rates for agencies?
We are happy to collaborate with travel agencies and to take care of the clientele you will send us. We invite you to contact our reservations manager: reservation@hotelpigonnet.com.
Here are the reservation conditions offered by Hotel Le Pigonnet:
1. Payment of a commission on non-promotional rates
2. amount of the commission: 10%.
3. payment of the commission by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice
4. an IATA code is required
Is there a car park in the Hotel?
We have a free and secure car park reserved for our Hotel guests.
Does the Hotel accept pets?
Yes, the Hotel accepts small pets at an additional cost and subject to conditions.
Does the hotel have a fitness room ?
We have a fitness area, where you will find a treadmill, a bike, a rowing machine and other equipment. Our gym is reserved for our hotel guests.
Are there twin rooms?
Yes, we have twin rooms. You can indicate this in the comments section when you make your reservation.
Are there rooms for families?
Yes, we have different room configurations for families (Suites, rooms with sofa beds, Communicating Rooms...). You can also enjoy the Garden Apartment, the Family Suite or the Villa. It is possible to add a bed in some rooms. Do not hesitate to call us on 04 42 59 02 90 to organise your family stay.
Is there a concierge service?
Yes. Our concierge team is here to answer all your questions, help you with your reservations, etc.
How much does an airport/hotel transfer cost?
You can take a taxi with a variable cost or let us organize a private transfer from 65€.
Can I leave luggage at the Hotel if I am going to visit the rest of the country for a few days?
You can leave your luggage with us but only while you are staying at our Hotel.
What is served for breakfast? Is it included in the price of the room?
We offer two breakfast options. An all-you-can-eat buffet with a selection of fresh fruit juices, jams, breads, pastries, cheese platter, cold cuts, fruit, yoghurt, cooked eggs and bacon, cereals, milk, organic products, etc. It is included in the "Room & Breakfast" rate. The Continental breakfast consists of pastries, breads, jams, fresh fruit juice and hot drinks. You can also enjoy your Continental breakfast in your room.
Can you recommend restaurants?
Of course, our concierge team can help you find a restaurant to your liking. However, our Restaurant La Table du Pigonnet welcomes you every day.
I would like to make a special request for my stay, which email address can I use to contact the Hotel?
You can send your request to the following e-mail address: reception@hotelpigonnet.com. We will be very happy to help you organise a perfect stay.
Is there a loyalty programme?
We do not have a loyalty card as such. We thank all our customers with small, personalised gestures.
What are the check-in/check-out times? Is it possible to do an early check-in/late check-out?
Arrival is from 3pm and departure before noon. Requests for early arrival or late departure are possible with an extra charge, depending on the availability of the day.
Are there any rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have a room accessible to people with reduced mobility. Do not hesitate to call us (04 42 59 02 90) to organise your stay.
