- Video surveillance: 1 month from the last collection
- Cookies and connection indicators: 13 months from the last collection
- Credit card numbers: 13 months from last collection
- Retention of invoices: 10 years from the last collection
- Management of unpaid bills and disputes: 10 years from the last collection.
At the end of this period, Esprit de France undertakes to destroy any paper or electronic data in a secure manner.
